Centrelock wheels are engineered for high-performance applications, replacing multi-bolt wheel-fixing systems with a single central locking mechanism.
While centrelocks reduce unsprung mass and improve wheel-change efficiency in motorsport, the wheels themselves are typically heavy and large-diameter, making them difficult to handle during installation and removal, which may lead to:
- Operator injury due to fatigue, coupled with wheel mass and awkward handling.
- Increased risk of wheel drops leading to damage to the wheels, brake calipers and in some cases, expensive carbon-ceramic brake discs.
- Misalignment of the wheel to the hub spline interface.
Our new PF99-610-30 Centrelock Wheel Guide Pin is designed to support the wheel assembly during removal and installation, allowing controlled positioning relative to the hub.

Key features/benefits include:
- Precision-machined from a combination of high-strength Delrin, polyurethane and anodised aluminium for the ultimate in wheel protection.
- Screws into the wheel hub once the centrelock nut is removed, supporting the full wheel weight for safe, controlled removal and installation.
- Prevents wheel drops during removal, protecting painted calipers and carbon-ceramic brakes from accidental damage.
- Supplied in a handy, reusable plastic twist tube for protection and storage when not in use, ideal for home mechanics, professional workshops, and high-end enthusiast applications.

PF99-610-30 is suitable for modern Porsche models inc. 997, 991 & 992, and Lamborghini models inc. Aventador SV, Aventador SVJ, Huracán STO, Sesto Elemento, Centenario, Sián FKP 37 & Countach LPI 800-4, plus other models without factory centre-lock wheels.
